應(yīng)用原理

Applied Principle

H系列超聲波環(huán)保污水處理機(jī)工作開始時，礦石粉塵與水的混合物抽到料漿槽上，在處理板真空作用下，形成一層較厚的顆粒堆積層，濾液通過處理板過濾至分配閥到達(dá)真空桶。轉(zhuǎn)子載著濾餅通過吸漿區(qū)到干燥區(qū)，濾餅在真空作用下繼續(xù)脫水干燥。轉(zhuǎn)子通過主軸轉(zhuǎn)動將干燥后的濾餅帶到卸料區(qū)，在刮刀裝置的作用下進(jìn)行卸料，直接滯留至精砂池或通過皮帶輸送運(yùn)至所需的地方。卸料后的處理板進(jìn)入反沖洗區(qū)，此時利用超聲波環(huán)保污水處理機(jī)本身的過濾或外接自來水，經(jīng)過反沖洗管道通過壓力調(diào)整由分配閥進(jìn)入處理板內(nèi)腔，由內(nèi)而外清洗處理板的微孔，同時將殘留在處理板表面的殘余礦物沖洗下來。
